What this programme is
Strategic PM Training & Coaching is a live, 1:1 programme for product managers ready to think like a CEO, not a task manager. It moves you beyond day-to-day delivery into product vision, cross-functional strategy, prioritisation of impactful work and executive-level influence.
How it works
Eight live one-hour sessions plus a bonus Q&A over four to eight weeks, personalised to your role and company. You work through a hands-on case study — a Virtual PM Assistant — and leave with the tools and templates used in each session. One hour of free post-training Q&A is included.
