What this course is
Technical PM is a self-paced course that builds technical fluency for product managers — without asking you to write code. Nobody explains systems in a product manager's language; this course does. You learn how engineering teams think and make trade-offs, how to write PRDs and turn business needs into engineering-ready specs, and how to run delivery with Agile, Scrum, OKRs and RAID logs.
How it works
The whole course runs on one real case study — an AI Avatar Assistant — so every module produces a real artefact: a backlog of epics, features and user stories; a simulated sprint from planning to retrospective; OKR and RAID templates; a Kanban board in GitHub Projects; a roadmap in ProductBoard; a written PRD and executive update. A final module introduces AI PM fundamentals, and the capstone is an end-to-end PM simulation with a certificate of completion.
