What this programme is

Technical Product Manager Training is a live, six-session programme that builds execution fluency for PMs — even without a tech background. The goal is not to learn to code; it is to lead technical discussions and delivery with confidence.

How it works

Six live one-hour sessions over three to six weeks: an Agile and Scrum refresher for PMs; turning a roadmap into a real backlog of epics, features and user stories aligned to OKRs; outcome-driven planning with OKRs and RAID logs; tool mastery in live GitHub Projects and ProductBoard workspaces; execution excellence from sprint to release and stakeholder management; and a final session on becoming an AI product manager — AI/ML fundamentals, prompt design, GenAI use cases and ethical AI.
